Physical Therapy
Individualized Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Restore Movement. Build Strength.
Physical therapy at Kairos starts with understanding what is limiting you and what you want to return to. Interventions are adjusted as you progress, combining hands-on treatment, movement retraining, and progressive strength work as needed.
Expert Care.
Clear Direction.
From the initial evaluation through the return to strength, each stage of care is built around your goals, your response, and the physical demands ahead.
What to Expect
Every plan is individualized, but the process remains the same: understand the problem, develop a plan, build capacity, and reassess progress.
-
Your first appointment includes a detailed history, movement assessment, and examination of the strength, mobility, and physical demands related to your symptoms and goals.
-
We explain what we found, identify the initial priorities, and develop a plan that reflects your condition, schedule, and the activities you want to return to.
-
Treatment progresses from symptom management and movement restoration into increasingly demanding strength, balance, coordination, and conditioning work.
-
Progress is evaluated throughout care. Programming is adjusted based on objective findings, symptom response, and your readiness for higher-level activity.

Post-Op Rehabilitation
Individualized rehabilitation following orthopedic surgery, progressed according to surgical precautions, objective findings, and the demands of your goals.
From Rehabilitation to Strength
Feeling better is an important first step, but the absence of pain does not always mean that full strength or physical capacity has returned.
As symptoms improve, care at Kairos progresses toward rebuilding the qualities required for everyday life, exercise, and sport. Depending on the individual, that may include heavier resistance training, power, balance, running preparation, conditioning, or sport-specific movement.
The goal is not simply to complete a course of treatment. It is to help you leave rehabilitation better prepared for the physical demands ahead.
