Dr. Joshua Gee is the Founder and Clinical Director of Kairos Physio. He created the practice to bridge the gap between physical therapy and strength training, combining clinical precision with practical fitness expertise. His approach is built around individualized care, thoughtful progression, and a positive experience with movement.
He specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, progressive strength training, injury prevention, and return-to-sport care for active adults. Before becoming a physical therapist, he competed in USA Powerlifting and qualified for Nationals. He later taught anatomy and physiology as adjunct faculty at Hofstra University.
At Kairos Physio’s Madison Avenue studio on the Upper East Side, he provides one-on-one physical therapy and personal training.
