About Dr. Gee
Dr. Joshua Gee is the Founder and Clinical Director of Kairos Physio. He created Kairos to bridge the gap between physical therapy and strength training, combining clinical precision with fitness expertise. The studio reflects his belief that physical health should be guided, individualized, and built around a positive experience with movement.
Dr. Gee specializes in integrating rehabilitation, strength training, and performance-focused care to help clients recover from injury, build resilience, and support long-term health.
